Originally from Kobe, Japan, and now based in Illinois, USA, I bring over 20 years of experience in cross-cultural communication, international business, and language services. After earning degrees in foreign languages and psychology, I worked in government overseas aid and held roles in global marketing and consumer research at P&G. I specialize in empathetic communication training as a consultant and coach, as well as Japanese-English interpretation, with a focus on helping businesses and individuals navigate cross-cultural interactions. I draw on my expertise in business, counseling, and mindfulness to empower clients to communicate with clarity, understanding, and empathy.
